Dream Week 2010 and Dream Ball 2010 on 17 September at the Sydney Hilton
Promoting, raising funds and increasing awareness for Look Good…Feel Better, a charity initiative of the Australian cosmetic industry to help cancer patients.Following on from the success of 2009's Dream week and spectacular Dream Ball, from which record-breaking funds were raised, planning is already underway for an even bigger and better Dream Week 2010. Canberra Day 2009: Thursday 13 August 2009
Canberra Day 2009 again provided a unique opportunity for ACCORD members to engage with key members of Government. The strong member presence gave a clear signal to government that our industry is serious about the need for tangible action in key areas of regulatory reform.

Dream Week – 7 days of hope: From 14 September 2009
 | Look Good…Feel Better is a charity initiative of the Australian cosmetic industry to help cancer patients. ACCORD is pleased to announce that the Look Good...Feel Better Dream Week – 7 days of hope from 14-20 September 2009, and incorporating the 2009 Dream Ball, raised a record-breaking $525,000 for the charity! Asia Oceania Soap & Detergent Associations Conference (AOSDAC) and ACCORD National Conference:20–23 October 2009
ACCORD showcased our industry, and our nation, by hosting the Asia Oceania Soap & Detergent Associations Conference (AOSDAC) and ACCORD National Conference in Melbourne from 20–23 October 2009. These meetings provided excellent business networking opportunities with industry delegates from all major regional economies, including Japan, China, USA, Canada, Malaysia and Chinese Taipei.
The ACCORD National Conference featured a line up of excellent speakers. Members are encouraged to download the presentations through the Members-only section of our website.
