Member Services
With close to 100 members, ACCORD is the united voice of the Australasian formulated products sector, covering the full spectrum of products from luxury fragrances and cosmetics to industrial cleaners and manufacturing specialties.
We help our members to do business more effectively in Australia, whether that be through advocacy, networking, working on regulatory reform, driving community initiatives or working with media and other key influencers.
To do this, it's vital that our members are engaged and supportive. ACCORD adds value for our members by providing effective communication and networking mechanisms involving the secretariat, the Board of Directors, and individual companies. We've also established executive committees to focus on sector-specific priorities.
These frameworks give our members opportunities to raise common concerns, to solve them collaboratively, to network with each other, and to grow the industry.
Second to this, ACCORD's specialist committees and working groups help us ensure that the needs of all members are understood, and that members are active in finding solutions to the important issues that confront them.
ACCORD runs events during the year to ensure our industry remains united and focused. Our national conference gives members the chance to focus on the major domestic and international issues impacting our industry, as well as to network with each other. We also aim to ensure members have the opportunity to understand changes in the industry environment and regulations by running training workshops. Other opportunities for members include industry seminars and networking events. | ![]() |
We keep in touch with our members through newsletters targeted at key industry sectors:
- Update News
- Regulatory Bulletin for Cosmetics, Fragrances and Personal Care
- Regulatory Bulletin for Consumer, Hygiene, Speciality and Agvet Products
- ACCORD Management Briefs

ACCORD consistently aims to deliver connection as a key benefit of membership - connection to the industry locally, to events in the wider operating environment, and to government and regulators.
